Sylvie: The shop has been here for 70-80 years. It’s a real local shop. I know many people in the community as they come in most days, so I get to know people by name. Sometimes there are kids that I have seen from a baby and watched them grow up. I am French. We continued the interview in French as Sylvie is French, like us!  We found out that Sylvie has been in England for forty years.
